BUST

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

WAIST

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

HIPS

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20 cm (8 inches) below your waist.

HEIGHT

Measure from the top of your head to the floor, without shoes.
