Every Mrs. Francoise garment is handcrafted in our atelier in Turin, Italy, exclusively after your order is placed.

We embrace a Made-to-Order philosophy to reduce waste, avoid overproduction and create timeless pieces with the utmost attention to detail.

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us at francoise@mrsfrancoise.com and we will do our best to arrange a shipment.

As each garment is made exclusively for you, production requires approximately 4 weeks.

Once your order has been completed, delivery within Italy generally takes 1–3 business days.

Should production require additional time, our Customer Care team will contact you directly.

International shipping rates vary depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Production time remains approximately 4 weeks.

Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days via DHL Express, depending on the destination country.
